PACKAGING
All decks are bubble wrapped and packaged with care.

SHIPPING
Orders placed Thursday - Sunday will ship on Tuesday.
Orders placed Monday - Wednesday will ship on Friday.

All orders within the continental U.S. will be shipped UPS or USPS. Shipping times will vary. We ship all orders from Missouri.
RETURNS
We dot accept returns unless the deck is damaged in shipping. Please contact us if you are not satisfied with your deck.
Defective, damaged, and incorrect items must be reported to HangIt Skateboards within 4 days of delivery. For damaged items, please save any and all packaging, you may be required to send pictures of package damage in order for a damage claim to be filed with the applicable shipping carrier. ​

Defective items received will be refunded or exchanged based on availability. Any returns for defective items will be inspected by HangIt Skateboards and full refunds will be issued for items confirmed defective. Any additional verification requests are issued at the sole discretion of HangIt Skateboards.
